LEFA Member wealth platform

Knowledge before commitment

Member education

Use these plain-language foundations to ask better questions about membership, pooled capital, investment risk and the records members should expect.

01

Ownership

Understand your membership unit

Seabo is LEFA’s membership unit. Rights, reservation evidence, allocation and cancellation rules are recorded under the current approved terms.

Review membership facts
02

Diversification

Several assets can still lose value

Spreading capital can reduce reliance on one activity, but it cannot remove market, liquidity, legal or operational risk.

03

Governance

Authority should be specific

A good control answers who proposed, checked, approved, executed and reconciled a decision—and where the evidence lives.

04

Statements

Read the date before the number

Identify currency, source, value date, lifecycle status and whether an amount is actual, pending, illustrative or approved.

Understand report publication

Five questions to ask

Before money moves

  1. What approved document governs this action?
  2. Which legal entity and account receive the funds?
  3. What fees, conditions and risks apply?
  4. What receipt, status and evidence will I receive?
  5. How can I complain or correct an error?

Fraud awareness

Protect account and payment details

  • Never send a password, one-time code or recovery token.
  • Verify payment instructions inside an authenticated channel.
  • Do not upload identity or bank documents through the public contact form.
  • Question urgent or secret payment requests and unusually certain profit claims.
  • Report suspicious activity without forwarding credentials.

Learning resources

Education, not personal advice

These resources explain financial concepts and LEFA’s approach. They do not consider a person’s circumstances and are not legal, tax or investment advice.
